For anyone who has bought from Heritage recently

When Heritage mailed me coins in the past via USPS Priority Mail, I did not have to sign for them.

It's been a while since I last won an auction there, so I'm wondering -- do they still not require a signature when receiving a package?

Nope. They do a delivery confirmation and that probably satisfies the underwriter for their private insurance (or they self-insure with their equity). I forget if the higher valuation packages need signatures. I think they do. They come USPS Express.

Thanks for the info. Do you know what the threshold is for sending Express mail? I'm guessing around $2,500.
