Reholdering questions

1) Can I send in a T201 and a T202 that have a cracked holder without having to pay a seperate return shipping fee?

2) Any chance they will reholder incorrect labels for free? To be more specific - incorrect years on Diamond Stars (many old labels have 1934 on them when the cards are from 1935)

I have sent in cards that ranged from the 30s to 60s in one lot for re-holdering and they were shipped back on one invoice. Not sure about your Diamond Stars but I would claim they are incorrect and see what they do. They fix all other mechanical errors for free.

    Jeff -
Have you ever sent in "Tall Boys" with regular sized cards on the same invoice?

They've corrected my mechanical errors for free in the past. Then when you get them back, also write customer service and ask for grading fee credit in return for the shipping you paid to get their error back to them for correction.

    1) It is my understanding that both cards must take the same size holder in order to eliminate separate return shipping fees. Looks like the T201s and T202s do take the same size holder.

    2) If you are positive that the cards are indeed from 1934, they will reholder for free. You will have to note "Mechanical Error" on the sub sheet and on the outside of the box. No need to pay return shipping either. Simply enter "0" on sub form under cost.

Not a bad idea to call CS about both issues just to be sure. 1-800-325-1121
