I thought that too, but then I looked closer and it seems like the space between the edge and the green outline is larger on the left side than the right.

I really think it's ok. You could never duplicate the rough edge they make when they cut with worn out wire. It's possible that the card is bowed up a little and not laying flat on the desk in the picture.

May be slightly miscut but doesnt appear to be trimmed
