1935M US-PI 10 Centavos worth certifying?

I compared it to the pictures of jetblack's US-PI registry set (by the way, thanks for making those available jetblack740il), and though I can't take as good a picture as his, I believe it might grade gem. But what would it cost to get a picture like I see on the PCGS Registry sets? And is it worth it? I paid just a bit over $20 last year for this. Sorry, there is no obverse photo. Taking this picture of the reverse just took me too much time. However, the obverse is comparable, and though I couldn't get the picture to show it, it has nearly proof like surfaces. In fact, if it was one of the years for which a proof was made, I would believe it if someone told me it was a proof coin, but maybe I simply naive.
