Explaination for this?!? Printing Plate Error???

On TCC, Tyler aka broscards has a printing plate with 2 images overlapping! It's a Robert Meachem Printing Plate with Scott Chandler overlapping it. How can that be?!?
Aren't printing plates USED IN THE MAKING OF THE CARDS?!?
If this plate has two images wouldn't the finished card be jacked up?
Any explanation is appreciated.
