International Year of the Child

So being totally bored out of my mind this weekend, I went to a local coin show to see if I could find something interesting.
As far as world coinage is concerned, the stock rarely if ever changes, but I did come across one coin type for which I have been searching for awhile; one of those late British India pieces with a tiger reverse (1947 quarter rupee).
Otherwise, the only other interesting piece was a Costa Rica crown (as if anyone collects Costa Rica. What? ticoviejo who?
)
Anyway, it was the 1979 crown struck for the International Year of the Child. I attempted a search, but I could not find a list of the countries that issued coins for this event. Does anyone know where I can find one?

Iraq 1979 1 Dinar 5000 $47.5
Costa Rica 1979 100 Colones 5000 $27.5
Lesotho 1979 15 Malolti 7500 $22.5
Most countries issued proofs only, but a few also made UNCs, including Costa Rica.
The key to the series in terms of price is China, expect ~$140. But an unimpaired Iraqi s the most difficult to find, I've haven't seen one yet.
These were also struck as a silver Piedfort set, and a higher denomination set in gold.

Boy oh Boy. More coin projects! What will deplete first; my imagination or my wallet? Considering the price of gas, probably the latter!
