Would you or wouldn't you? eBay ?
I just received an offer on my auction.
The bidder has Private feedback.
He has 0 transactions the last month and 3 over the last 6 months.
His feedback shows it as 100% for the last year with 31 transactions.
I have blocked him temporarily (so he can't BIN) until I decide what to do.
What would you do?
Joe

I would never turn down a purchase based on feedback. I can watch out for myself. He sends the money, I ship the coin. other than that, I still have the coin. Of course i'll be more careful with a guy with private feedback. --Jerry

I unblocked him and will accept the offer.

Now he is upset and withdrew his current offer.
Maybe he is a board member and read this thread.

<< <i>Another thought: I sell off ebay. I don't have ebay feedback numbers to review when I sell to a non-ebay customer. Ebay tries somewhat successfully to brainwash people to believing that the only safe way to sell or buy is on ebay. Sure the feedback system is valuable but a businessperson needs to be able to function outside of it. --Jerry >>
