Technically, a VG-10+, but probably a fine-12 in today's market.

Sadly, all of our guesses will remain just guesses. Unless I am very mistaken, this is not a coin that would be sent to PCGS or any other TPG.

Thanks for all the input, I view it as a VG10, but many in today's market would call it an F12.
