Personally, I don't think it's much of a special at all. Unless I'm selling stuff that costs me $20+ in FVF's, it's not worth it for me to offer free shipping, and I only charge $2.50!

This was about the most worthless "special" they have ever offered.

I benefitted from it. BUT, only because I already use "free" shipping on all listings.

"Free" shipping requires repricing formulas. It is FAR from "free." Buyers pay
for ALL seller costs.

EBAY ONLY wants "free" shipping to boost their FVFs.
