the rest of the coins........

.........from my most recent submission ATS. Got them back in 8 business days for World Economy, when the stated turaround says 11 right now. not bad!
All of these coins I purchased raw, from sellers in the UK (mostly British eBay).
1887 GB Double Florin. purchased for just under $50, if i recall. Nice toning on the reverse
MS 62

1826 GB Shilling. really nice light toning on this one, with booming cartwheel luster, better than any other i've seen in person from this era. The obverse shows nice doubling in the letters, and the strike seems better than average. purchased on British eBay for $220 raw
MS 64

1890 GB Double Florin. This is a pretty clean example, aside from what i call 'Victorian Rhinoplasty' as a bag mark cut off the tip of her nose. The grade reflects this unfortunate hit. Paid about $40 for this one
MS 62

1901 GB Florin a nice example of this one, with a cleaner reverse than obverse as far as minor marks go, which explain the grade. I'd say the reverse is MS64 and the obverse is a strong 62. Paid $60 for it.
MS 62
(seller's pics, which aren't very good)

1887 GB Double Florin
I'm sure many of you read my joy at seeing this one get what it deserved, and MS66 and earning top pop with NGC (I believe PCGS has a 67, i don't recall). This coin has booming luster under really cool toning that has magenta at the rims, and is remarkably free of really any marks with the naked eye. A great example that along with the 1826 Shilling, will certainly be "keepers" in the collection. paid $ 39.38 for this one.
