Small Warning: Another eBay Wax Pack Resealer/Fraud/Seller

I occasionally search this forum before buying something that seems a little suspect, so I'm posting this to help others that might do the same. I know it is no surprise to anyone here to see another small-time wax pack resealer popping up on eBay (and occasionally in this forum as well!), but there is a new one, sprawlsportsmem, shipping from MO. It looks like there are at least 3 people now that have caught him selling resealed packs, based on contacts I've had with buyers (some are waiting for him before leaving any feedback). He apparently also delays responses to questions about purchased but suspicious packs.

One negative feedback about resealed packs was recently removed (due to the recent eBay feedback change, I assume). Of course, I don't know if he is the resealer or he buys and resells bad goods, but he either isn't honest, or doesn't know how to authenticate packs. As usual with unopened material, buyer beware, and buy from a reliable seller (BBCExchange, etc.) unless you want to be forced to occasionally hassle with unscrupulous sellers, returns, and slow PayPal refunds.

    I believe this is the same guy who used to be "boyerendeavors" once upon a time. Resealer for sure!

    Any seller who now sells raw or unopened packs will be the target of many Negs. Because describing the condition of raw cards is subjective the over grader's feedback is going to take a beating. Great in a way really....

    Yeah, but these guys usually "build" up an inventory and drop it all at once on ebay, so even if they rack up the negs and are suspended, they will have already gotten their score. Then they start a new account, build up feedback and start over. No me gusta.

    The difference now as a new seller they will have to accept Paypal, and then they put a 21 day hold on the funds received.
