Somedays taking pics seems so easy and other days I can't get it right to save the world. Sometimes black background works and sometimes white.
Here's a newp '53 Half compliments Connecticoin.. Thx.

Here's the quarter from the other day... this is how it looks in hand (well, pretty much anyway)

Here's some that I've attempted to photograph many many many many times and can't seem to get just right. These are better than normal attempts though... I was messing with the white balance thingy... I lost my manual many years ago and it's all a crapshoot at this point

<< <i>the quarter looks, um, crunchy? >>
yeah it's kind of homely... be glad I didn't show the pics of some other ones I have
I've got this one '53-O that almost makes you want to go to church and confess your sins after looking at it...
Here's the full monty of the newp Half ... In hand it is a very attractive coin.
Love those circ. '53s

I was just kidding
Nice original looking half
I think there's so much character to circulated coinage. They don't have the benefit of brilliant luster to grab your attention, forcing you to take a good look at what else they have to offer. Those are all good original pieces and they've seen a lot of history in their journeys.
Nice collection and I'd enjoy seeing more from you!
Where's waldo ?
