Vintage set sellers...........advice needed on selling a 1960 Topps set

Set has graded star cards mainly 6's a few 7's, about 3/4 of the #hi cards are 7's with a few 6's mixed in............the rest of the set (ungraded) is ex-mt to nm. Should i sell the star cards individually and the commons in lots, or try to sell the set as is? Any experiences with such is welcomed to reply.
Thanks

Great question, as I was just thinking about this on the way to work this AM. Getting near completing some early sets myself, and while I don't plan on selling, I was wondering about the best way to do it, if I ever want to.

You might ask winpitcher, in particular, he comes to mind. Sorry I have no practical advice to give myself. image

I've done both and don't see a huge money diference when you factor in your time.

For a NM/MT vintage set, or a more expensive set, I'd feel differently, but I don't think you'd realize much/any margin on Ex/mt 1960 commons - and not a whole lot on NM commons.

In this particular case, I'd sell as a set - first on the B/S/T board here with a set price and ebay if need be.

    Good luck either way.
