You can't grade a coin from a photo. You have to have it in hand and look at the label.

coin. anyone can find a flaw if they look long enough.
heck of a nice coin that is for sure... superb gem. the number grades
get corny after a while to me... as i learn more the whole point
of them becomes silly. i like worded grades.
As for grading the coin as a 70 from a Teletrade photo, let's not be too harsh since the Teletrade photo's are notorious for being of questionable quality.
Any MS70 or PF70 coin really needs to be examined in hand before passing final judgement.

Agree, I'm thinking it is a reflection.
Buy the coin, look at it in hand, let us know and if it's a flaw send it back.
