Well, when I came to, I realized I had access to the online pop reports, and PCGS shows 3/0, so, I'd say its a good probability its PCGS.

Yes, it is in PCGS plastic. $POR - you know, if you have to ask .... Well, I will not be asking, I know that I will not be affording it. But, as a collector, it is fantastic to see a coin such as this shot as well as this one has been shot. And, yes, it is listed as MS68. Thank you Mike for the opportunity to view the coin!
