Looking to Setup Group BBCE Box Rip

Ok all - Since we talked about this in another thread lets see if we can get this going... Once we pick something I'll call Steve and set everything up just like it was done for the 83 Michigan box.

I'ved picked out the following from Steve's current inventory:

Baseball

75 Topps Mini Box $1450 - per pack 40.00

76 Topps Box $1800 - per pack 50.00

78 Topps Box $575 - per pack 16.00

Football

81 Topps Box $400 - per pack 11.11

84 Topps Box $450 - per pack 12.50

Basketball

80/81 Topps Box $1250 per pack 35.00 (Magic/Bird Rookie)

Let's vote to see what people would like to do... if there is enough interest we could even do more than one.

I'll do one on the 75 minis or 76, or 2-3 of the 78's.

Will we rip'em on a certain date and post scans or is it just a do as you please deal (I'm in either way)

I think 76 Baseball is over priced!
75 Mini's are currently going for crazy money, so I'd be in for a pack or two.

I'd love to rip several packs of 81 or 84 football. I'd be in for 4 packs of which ever one gets selected.

I'd probably go in for a '76 pack, but I don't think the '75 minis would be good for ripping. The last batch from there didn't turn out so well.

I would be in for the 75 minis or the 80-81 Basketball. I think the 76s are way overpriced.

Not sure if he will come down more - a box is normally is a few $$$ cheaper per pack. I'm going to send off an e-mail to BBCE tonight and see what he says.

I just sent off an e-mail to Steve over at BBCE asking for pricing per pack for 78 Baseball, 81 Football, and 80/81 Basketball. I think this would insure everyone finds something they would like.

Once I hear back from Steve I will post the information and start a sign up thread.

People have said the mini's were poor last time, someone on the boards (yankeeno7) just ordered a pack so we can wait and see what he thinks of them... as for the 76's I just can't see $50 for a pack with no major rookies.

That's why 86FB makes sense - 78 Baseball isn't fantastic but it's pretty affordable

I like 86F but currently BBCE does not have full box... we could ask how many packs they have.

Ok, just got an e-mail back from Steve over at BBCE, it looks like everything will be ago. Steve is willing to give the board 10% off plus exact shipping.

I'm going to set up another thread listing packs for sale. For this break you'll have 3 boxes to pick from...
