A true 20th Century Type Set??

Am I missing something? Why isn't there a 20th Century circulation type set that includes everything including gold? Sure you have "20th Century types with no gold" sets and you have your "20th Century gold type sets", but why not have a combined one so you would really have a true 20th Century Type set??Text
