There was a thread here a while ago discussing a 1979-80 O-Pee-Chee Wayne Gretzky BVG 9 that sold on Mastro for $2,750.00. Well, looks like rockbottomsports purchased it because here's the auction for it with a Buy It Now price of $5,950.00. (First scan is Mastro and second scan is Rockbottomsports.)

I dont think there is any doubt that is a sheet cut. Guess it depends on how you view sheet cuts.

If my memory hasn't failed me, didn't the seller on Mastro indicate that it was sheet cut?? Not sure though.
