I don't know specifically of any dealers that deal mainly in Walking Lib halves, but of the dealers in Baltimore, I'm sure more than a few would have some nice coins for you to look at.
It kind of depends on which part of the series and what grades you are seeking, and raw or certified. High grade early dates, you'll be lucky to see a handful total. At the FUN show, Crabtree was 'getting into these' and had the best selection on the floor. Throw the Bid sheets away. David Lawrence may well have some of these as well. For middle dates in higher cert grades, GR Tiso usually has a good selection. For early and middle date circs I would look at JJTeaparty, again throwing the Bid sheets away. They are certifying most of their inventory these days, even in the lower grades. Jack Beymer and Miller's Mint usually has a lot of raw early walkers. Be careful buying at MM, as he does carry 'problem' coins along with good ones. If you are after the late dates in higher cert grades, throw a rock, you'll hit someone with these, as they are usually plentiful.
