Reholder a BGS card....cost? Scan of cracked case added

I just visited the BGS site and I can't find how much it costs to reholder a card? Can anyone help me out?

If you recieve a sub back with cracked holders it's FREE

If it's a card you have had for some time or just bought whatever be the case..$5.00
