Ok here is the question...
I shipped a package out last week and according to the delivery confirmation it says it was delivered to the buyer. But the buyer is saying he never received it - am I still responsible even if dc says it was delivered?

The auction was not a big money deal - under $8 so I don't think the buyer is making this up.

A credit-card company might.
