"California's" focus is on mint state and VAM Morgans and I'm not sure how many proof Morgans (if any) "California" has sold off, so they may be very difficult to find and obtain.

No, you took that the wrong way. For those who dont know, a california proof is a business strike morgan that has had the fields polished or whizzed to make them reflective, and then adds wax or some other substance to the high points for cameo contrast. They are interesting, sometimes very well made pieces.

I was thinking what WTCG was thinking, do you have any examples of the "enhanced" business strikes? I am with Wei that a Proof Morgan from the California collection would be hard to find.

I haven't heard of that term used before to describe altered Morgans, so it's new to me.
