Looking at a card on ebay thats a 1978 Topps Vault Proof - It has a topps cert of auth are these rare? and could they be added to the players registry?

    no, cannot be added to the Registry.

    It's a proof card, so it's not part of a set. Conceivably, you could have PSA authenticate and slab it and enter it into a Collectors Showcase on the registry, but why?

    Oh, and it is fairly rare.
