I recently came across these cards. Can anybody tell me anything about these, thank you for your help.

    Instead of gum Fleer would give out this sort of stuff.

    Not sure what year they did for these though.

    Those were issued between 1968-1970 with gum. Not sure if they were available nation wide but I do remember buying them in Oakland, CA as a kid. The Standard Catalog says they were issued in 10 cent packs with four quiz cards and six cloth patches in each pack. NM value is $1.50 per card/patch with the Seattle Pilots valued at $6.00

    On the topic of the late 60s era Fleer products, I have this box of iron-ons - it's dated 1968 but probably sold either in '69 or '70.
