Early Fleer vending boxes were seeded 3 boxes=complete set.

USN 1977-1987 * ALL cards are commons unless auto'd. Buying Britneycards. NWO for life.

Actually I believe it was 3 sets of 660 in four boxes. They were #'ed 1-4 and you needed one of each to complete the task.
