Rod "Shooter" Beck... what's his "key" rookie card?

All of his rookie cards can be found in the common bin, but which should be his "Key" card?
He's one of 13 Giants who represented the team on 3 (or more) All Star teams since moving to SF in 1958, as well as a Rolaids Relief Pitcher of the Year award winner, and you know how I like award winner sets!
1992 Donruss
1992 Fleer
1992 O-Pee-Chee Premier
1992 Pinnacle
1992 Score
1992 Topps Gold (he didn't have a regular issue, just a Gold and Gold Winner card in place of one of the checklists in the set)
1992 Ultra

Not sure if you wanted a true RC, but if you did, I would consider the Ultra.
What a great Giant from the past! I will always remember him pitching down the stretch in '93 with his arm about to fall off. My brother and I flew down to Dodger Stadium to watch those last two games that year. Hard to believe that Solomon Torres is still pitching.
Did they replace all the checklists with different players?
I'll vote Topps Gold.
True RC either Ultra or Pinnacle.

I didn't even realize it only came in Gold/Winner form. Cool.

What a great guy he was , he was a regular party animal too,
He asks , " Where can I get a bottle of Jack Daniels and a carton of Marlboro at this hour "
So I took him around the city looking for an open liquor store , we finally found on in Harlem , then I took him back into Midtown .
He left me a $100 tip on a $25 ride that was paid by account , we never took cash payment from any of those guys .
I remember he was a huge dude ! and his wife was this little tiny thing , she was cute though .
I also had Darryl Strawberry in my car once and he stiffed me .

Why am I not surprised.

<< <i>Hey thats interesting - didn't know about the Topps Gold...

Yup. I guess they figured that getting a "Gold" checklist in a pack would be lame, so they replaced all the checklists with different rookies:
#131 - Terry Mathews
#264 - Rod Beck
#366 - Tony Perezchica
#527 - Terry McDaniel
#658 - John Ramos
#787 - Brian Williams
On a side note, Shooter even has a Mother's Cookies card from 1992:

The thing all these guys have in common (except Perezchica) is that they had their MLB debut in 1991. I guess Topps figured they'd better get cards of these guys out, just in case.
