Are reperf worth collecting? How do you determined the value of a reperf stamp?

    Yes, reperfed stamps are worth collecting as long as you are paying for a reperfed stamp. Trouble is many can't tell and pay for a problem free stamp and end up unhappy. Prices vary by issue, good start would be to check a reliable auction of comparable stamps and see the difference in price.
