Roosevelt proof collectors---obverse varities

It appears that beginning in 1987 the obverse changes on the proof. The letters "God" appear further apart then they did in the 1986 proof. These letters change back in 1994 to the more compact as in 1986. How many other obverse hub changes are there in those years?
