I've seen a few of those make it past NCS graders and got encapsulated in their problem holders as "altered surfaces", "mount removed", "improperly cleaned", etc. A collector I've visited in the States this year buys from China and does just that with frightening success rate of getting them NCS-slabbed.
All feedback is listed as "Private." (red flag) No details of items sold available (red flag). No prices available (red flag). 99.4% positive (not bad). Several buyers have only 2-5 feedback scores (possible shills).
I personally would keep a mile away from the seller unless someone I knew, or someone of good reputation, gave me a good recommendation for the seller.
