I've been watching that item and am a little bothered by their terms:
Before bidding please make sure you can pay for this auction within 2-3 days of close. If you cannot pay within the timeframe I request, please do not bid. If payment not received in the alloted timeframe we will re-list and file a NPB Strike. We will not be held responsible for your lack of payment if a strike is encountered. This is our business and we depend on FAST turn-over. In return for your prompt payment I ship within 24hrs of receipt
.....and then later.....
The frame should ship within 3 - 7 days of payment received. We will contact you if there are any unexpected delays. Should you want to come have a local pick-up, we will charge a $20 pick-up fee.
They also state:
The $39 rate is base on a 15lb - 30lb shipment (fully insured up to the value won) with the above listed dimensions. Additionally, we spend another $15-$20 on a box and packing materials so that your package arrives to you protected and unflawed.
Yet they also show the table of Insurance Fees in addition to postage. In their shipping & handling section, it again says that insurance is included in shipping.
There's just too many flags for me to pull the trigger on it...especially with only $200 in Paypal buyer protection. You'd think that someone with over 7000 feedback could have stepped up to the higher protection level!

Everything was fine up until that last part. First, he contradicts himself on his shipping schedule--then he wants to charge a fee for saving himself the time to go the post office. Or, I guess it's a "If I can't rape you on shipping, I'll rape you some other way."
That Mick is dead on authentic , so is that Williams and that Reggie, that is all I know for sure , the other sigs I am not familiar with enough to say .
