Looks Unc. Maybe MS63?

I'm a little worried about the series of vertical lines on the reverse, does it look like it's been wiped? Assuming not, I think the left side reverse scratch will keep it in the 61-62 range, although the obverse does look better than that. It is an attractive coin, just hard to be sure from any photos.
