How to customize a personal icon?

Anyone care to walk me though it? I'm tired of the off-the-rack icons.

    Go to www.Photobucket.com, and open an account.

    You can start by downloading your fav. pix and that will get you started. From there you can [img] your photos and post something here, along with downsizing a picture for your icon.

    If you mean your avatar, TODAY is the day to get this done.
    Do a search for avatar, I think all the info you need will be found.
