Although not rare, the 1811/10 overdate is truly scarce in high grade. Recent auction records for coins of a quality similar to the one offered here are in the range of $800-$1300.
I think most would call this piece AU as there's plenty of luster on both sides (the reverse has a bit more).
The punctuated date and '0' undertype are both very strong. The right hand side of the "erased" '0' digit is about as strong as I've ever seen on this variety.
The coin has attractive burnt orange & blue toning along the top of the obverse rim and also along the bottom of the reverse.
