On a plus note, I just bought some stuff from cavaliercards who has 35k and only 16 megs. That just proves you can do volume and still maintain a high level of customer service.
According to the Standard Catalog this card doesn't exist with the 1/1 markings. This really doesn't surprise me with this seller. He sells or has sold a bunch of cards that weren't released in packs and calls them masterpieces, print proofs, match prints and print plates. Alot of 1/1's. He must have bought some of Collectors Edge's leftovers when they shut the doors.
Here is another seller that I've bought some cards off of who also bought some leftovers. A good seller for me but this is disappointing: Read the title and then read the description Non pack release Tom Brady
Also I don't think that they did replacement cards
BY coincidence, this seller cashed a postal money order of mine for $145 almost a month ago (after holding it for nearly 3 weeks after I sent it). He has never sent me my cards--has not responded to eBay messages, emails in reply to his original invoice, messages sent through his checkout service (vendio, or something like that). I even opened disputes through eBay and he will not respond. I had to pay the post office to send me the photo copied proof of the cashed money order.
He is a thief, and doesn't care about getting negatives. Enough people get their cards that he feels he can choose a certain number of people to rip off and not get punished by eBay.
His name is Jama "Johnny" Bigger.
eBay will do nothing against him because he lists thousands of auctions and they don't want to miss out on their fees collected from him.
I collect Vintage Cards, Commemorative Sets, and way too many vintage and modern player collections in Baseball (180 players), Football (175 players), and Basketball (87 players). Also have a Dallas Cowboy team collection.
<< <i>He only has 1283 negatives. I'd buy from him.

I agree.
There is no reason for collectible-sellers not to have nearly perfect track records.
The buyers in other categories are TOTALLY different than collectible buyers.
Wow. Never thought I'd get an excuse to post this one...
