Bump question

If I sent in a nice older card that is a PSA 8 but think it could get bumped to a higher grade, is it possible that they could regrade it to a 9? Or if they felt it was better than an 8, would they only give it an 8.5?

Is it possible to get a full grade bump when submitting the card for a regrade in its original holder?

I would think it would be possible though extremely unlikely to regrade to a 9 if that was the grade they felt it deserved. Your best chance at a 9 in my opinion would be to crack and resubmit.

Anything is possible but getting them to change it from an 8 to a 9 would be like them saying they made a mistake before and PSA dosen't make mistakes. image

    Cool Icon by the way!

Send it to 4sc and get them to submit it. Sounds like your card deserves a 10.

Here's a thread from over on the registry forum where they are discussing bump results. Looks like someone did get an 8 changed to a 9.
