Cards Are Being Hidden In Search Scheme

Many folks think that Best-Match has killed their card sales.
There might be another problem.
Do a search for "Mantle PSA."
Scroll down and look for the "continuation pages." eg. 1, 2, 3, 4, etc.
You may find NOTHING but a bunch of "click ads" that EBAY is selling to advertisers.
The "continuation pages" appear AFTER the click-ads. MANY shoppers may not
even scroll past the ads to see the continuation pages.
If you are not on page-one, your cards may not EVER be seen.
With Best-Match, most sellers' listings NEVER make it to page-one.
This whole thing is getting ridiculous.
At least with the "mantle" search, you get a laugh when EBAY tries to sell you a fireplace.

Sometimes my search come up Best Match.......and sometimes it comes up ending soonest.......I think Ebay has too much time on their hands and too much money of ours in their pockets........

It comes and it goes......in both directions, for me.
Lookie-Lous that are not logged-in are reporting that Best-Match
is all they are getting.
MANY logged-in sellers are seeing ONLY "ending soonest."
I suspect that virtually ALL buyer-IDs - logged-in - are getting Best-Match.
click on it and set up your preferences on the next page that appears, you will see it near the bottom left, then Apply Changes and you should be set

This disgrace impacts both buyers/sellers.
Sellers are paying for something they are not getting: exposure to buyers.
Buyers are harmed when they have fewer choices as to items/prices.
Setting the "custom preferences" is futile. EBAY over-rides the changes,
whenever they choose to.
Obviously, the shoppers here are not harmed. We are in the TOP 1/100
of 1% of sophisticated users. FEW ordinary EBAY users can navigate the
site like we can.
This circumstance has the potential to KILL many sellers.
You can also add your searches to your internet explorer "favorites", so you don't have to keep typing in your searches all the time...i just figured everyone did this??
Look at these 3 searches (each searches for RICKEY just for example)
The only difference is the bolded part, the first is newly listed, the second is ending soonest, and third is best match.

(It should ALSO be noted that MANY suchs ads send YOUR buyers to OFF-EBAY competitors.)

As a percentage of the whole, FEW shoppers do that.
MANY folks are having a hard time finding what they
