Has Anyone Submitted A PSA 9 Card For Review (e.g. Not Cracked Out) And Have It Come Back A PSA 10?

Has anyone here submitted a PSA 9 card for review, e.g. not cracked out and submitted raw, and have it come back a PSA 10. I know there are threads/members here who have the opinion that it is virtually impossible for a PSA 9 to become a PSA 10 on subsequent review. But has anyone here been able to "defy the odds" and get a PSA 10? Thanks.

Only by cracking them out.

JasP24 had a 1970 Tom Mack RC go from a PSA 9 to a PSA 10 through an in-holder review, so it's possible.
