Question about turnaround times.

Just wondering when they say the turnaround times is say 45 days, does that mean 45 days til they grade it or it arrives back to you? Thanks

It's approximately 45 business days until your grades are viewable online. So lets say your order was logged in on May 2, you'd be looking at an approximate date of July 8th (since there are 2 holidays in there). It will take another week or so for your cards to get back to you. They ship registered mail which is safe...but somewhat slow. They shipped out 2 orders to me on the 30th and they haven't arrived yet.

Thankfully, they've been having great turnaround times lately. My 2 orders that are on the way back to me were logged in on April 25 and were shipped out on April 30th, so anything can happen.

    I hope this helps...
  • I had an order logged on April 25th and it was shipped on April 30. Turnaround times have been amazing lately.

I've been spoiled by PSA's recent effeciency. Until now, 17 days had been the longest that it's taken to get my subs back. In fact, several have taken 6 days or less. Presently I've been waiting 29 days for one sub and am getting antsy. Sure, it's still well under the projected 45 days, but the cards have been coming back so quickly I'm beginning to worry that something may be amiss. I'm sure it will all work out fine.

  • There is no "protected" 45 days anymore. All times are approximate only guarantees are on the more expensive service levels.

If your reply was in response to mine, I typed "projected" not "protected." I realize the turnaround time is only approximate. image

I think they changed from 'approx' to estimated now too.

However with that said my last bulk order was back in my hands 3 weeks from the day i mailed it out!

A co-worker sent out some cards on March 25 and hasn't heard any info yet. I told him he should have by now. Maybe I was wrong.
