Starting A Coin Registry Set

I just started collecting PCGS graded coins. I have a 2000S South Carolina PR69DCAM that has the No. 913011.69/11030310 on the flip. But when I tried to start a Registry set with this coin, I got a bad cert. no. message. Is only part of that the number the actual cert. no.? And is so, what part?
Any help would be appreciated.
