Starting A Coin Registry Set

I just started collecting PCGS graded coins. I have a 2000S South Carolina PR69DCAM that has the No. 913011.69/11030310 on the flip. But when I tried to start a Registry set with this coin, I got a bad cert. no. message. Is only part of that the number the actual cert. no.? And is so, what part?
Any help would be appreciated.

The #11030310 is what you need to put in.
If it still fails, contact the registry people.

913011 is the coin part number 69 is the grade and 11030310 is the actual cert number for that coin.
