Resident Postal Expert Question!

If I have a package mailed to me that is insured for $200, will I have to sign for it, or will the carrier leave it in my box?

Correct, the blue insurance form is for $201+ and must be signed for, although the carrier can act as your agent and sign for it himself if he feels it is OK. Happens to me all the time, so far, so good. The black insurance form is good up to and including $200, is scanned internally by the PO, record of delivery can be obtained through the PO's system, but not publically.
