PCGS Collectors Club Quarterly Special

I'm thinking of taking advantage of the quarterly special. I want to submit a particular olympic coin, but cant figure out how to till out the forms and get the "special" price .. (ie. Free grading ). Do I need to do anything special with the forms?

Any advice from PCGS staff appreciated.

You fill out the form for grading.
Make a note under the service desired as - "other" - Write in "CC Quarterly Special"

Fill the the coin info.

On the shipping, add that amount in.

The $ 5.00 Handling fee in waived.

So, you only pay for return shipping, UNLESS you have your own shipping (Your fedex acct)
