Most soverign books cover all Sovereigns and Branch mints, the only books that don't are the Australian Coin Guides, they do not cover anything but Australian sovereigns completely ignoring all other works
Best source for books on the web is AddAll, it searchs all the book sites including Amazon, Alibris, Abebooks and VCoins.
Anyway, the best book would be the one that comes with the 2005 Australia Proof sovereign "150th Anniversary". get one of those. Its called AUSTRALIA'S SOVEREIGNS

Does anyone know whether the The Sovereign book cover Australian sovereigns as well as British Sovereigns?
Thanks.

You could try Greg McDonald's publication "The Pocket Guide to Australian Coins and Banknotes" 15th Ed
ISBN 978-0-9751244-8-2
All coin shops in Australia sell it, as do sellers on eBay, and the mint (RAM) sells it too..
