Another dumb question

I know it might sound stupid but was wondering if anybody knew this. I noticed that PSA uses blue labels for auto. cards or tickets but sometimes they use the standard red ones for them too. Does anybody know why. Is the blue only for certain auto. cards?

red flips are sent through the PSA, in addition to authenticating the auto, the card is check for tampering/trimming/authenticity, and maybe graded.
Blue flips are sent through PSA/DNA. All they do is authenticate the auto. There is no guarantee the card is fake or untrimmed or anything like that.
