Started Spring football practice today down here in FL

Most of you won't care too much, but just wanted to share that Spring football practice started in Florida today and I'm PUMPED. It's a great feeling to be one of those "Senior leaders" and I just got my first taste of it today. Walked into the locker room and they had all of our names in the lockers with our helmets and pads, etc. sitting on our chair. What didn't feel great was the 87 degree weather but oh well, it's what we train to play in.
I know pretty much all of you are too old for high school, but did anyone's son start practice today, or is this just a Florida thing?
