There will be an interesting group of people going to the witness stand talking about Clemen's moral character if he goes
through with the defamation lawsuit. image

    Don't be a player hatter.
I collect Vintage Cards, Commemorative Sets, and way too many vintage and modern player collections in Baseball (180 players), Football (175 players), and Basketball (87 players). Also have a Dallas Cowboy team collection.

What do Clemens and a smart blackjack player have in common?

    They always hit on 15!

Seriously, with that guy's coin and decent looks, he could've done better than skanks like Daly's wife and McCready. Come on now....

I think the horndog just has a fetish thing for skanky, blonde bimbos. If they're too pretty or wholesome looking, it just doesn't turn him on.

"Smart" blackjack players always hit on 15? If a blackjack player is always doing that against the dealer 2 thru 6 face card, the "smart" blackjack player just turned a game with perfect strategy of about a 1/2% house edge to probably about a 10 - 15% house edge. LOL

But I realize the gist of the entire comment which was very funny!

I haven't Googled pics of Daly's wife yet, but McCready when she's dolled up is pretty attractive in my view. But yes, those pics of her when she's not "dolled up", don't leave much to be desired. LOL

Guess retractions (or lack thereof) don't make the same headlines, huh?

Reports: Trainer says he passed FBI polygraph on Clemens
    ESPN.com news services

    Updated: May 1, 2008, 12:03 PM ET

A Houston-area trainer who once employed Roger Clemens' stepsister says he took and passed a polygraph test administered by the FBI on Wednesday, according to media reports.

Shaun Kelley told reporters that he passed the test, which he said included questions of whether he knows Clemens and whether he's ever given the seven-time Cy Young Award winner performance-enhancing drugs.

The Justice Department is probing whether Clemens committed perjury when he told a congressional committee that he had never used performance-enhancing drugs.

"They asked me if I know Roger Clemens," Kelley said, according to KRIV-TV. "And I said no.

"They asked me if I've ever given him human growth hormone or performance-enhancing drugs and I said no. I passed it bro, trust me."

The FBI declined to comment on the report.

"It is our policy not to confirm nor deny an investigation," special agent Shauna Dunlap, a spokeswoman for the Houston FBI office, told the Houston Chronicle. "By the same token, we're not in the practice of confirming or denying investigative techniques."

Clemens' lawyer, Rusty Hardin, said Kelley's involvement in the story was "an example of the New York media having run wild wrongly," according to the Chronicle.

"We've tried to tell everybody all along that Roger said he didn't know Shaun and that Shaun Kelley said he didn't know Roger. At the end of the day, we're going to have confirmed that they didn't know each other," Hardin said, according to the report.

Kelley had publicly volunteered to take a polygraph after The New York Times reported March 7 that he was a potential interview subject as part of an IRS investigation into the sale of performance-enhancing drugs in the Houston area.

In its report, The Times said a former employee who spoke to federal agents said that Clemens was seen visiting Kelley's center in the past few years.

Kelley told The Times that Clemens was "an acquaintance," saying he met him "a couple" of times after initially saying they had met only once.

"I finally get to tell my side," Kelley said, according to the Chronicle. "Tonight is payday. Absolutely, it'd be fair to say there's closure to clearing my name. This is payday. I finally get to prove that the accusations made were false."

Well a polygraph test is hardly proof. It's been proven that they can be beaten, so I don't think it really confirms anything. It's kind of like having your wife as an alibi. Sure, it seems to hold weight but many are still skeptical.

Nice. If Clemens has been willing to roll with these two gals don't think for a minute he hasn't had many truly hot gals as well. image

If Clemens was my neighbor and I had a pet goat, I'd be careful about leaving the goat alone with Clemens.
  • That polygraph story posted above is clearing some guys name, not Clemens. This isn't a polygraph about McNamee taking the test. That story does absolutely nothing in clearing Clemens name for his cheating.

Face it. THe guy is a dirt bag liar. He took performance enhancing drugs, lied about, lied about his so called moral fiber and family man image, and will now have to buy a ticket to the Hall.

It isn't so much that he actually cheated, but more that he can no longer claim that he is a family man or a man of integrity as a reason why he would never do such a thing as PED's. He lied about that in congress, just like he lied about taking the drugs.

THe best thing ever would be that his wife got so mad at him for all this womanizing news, that she decided to roll on him and tell all. That would be priceless! I am sure she had to know something already, but with it being spread so widely, I wonder how she and her 'fitness friends' feel now.

<< <i>If the implication you're trying to make is that since this one trainer didn't give Clemens steroids, that no one else must have, that would be one of the most illogical statements I've heard. >>

Not at all and didn't intend to imply that.

The rapist drug dealer's "story" is slowly crumbling piece by piece.

My point is the claims make headlines but as they are disproven, they are nothing more than passing comments.

And to skinny, don't know what you said before a mod poofed your absolutely disgusting post, but for all of the comparable comments you have made in the past, I pray they all come back to haunt you 100 times over.

I want to say soooooooo much more but I'll leave it at that.

Which rapist are you referring to?

    Clemens or McNamee?

I cannot repeat my salty comment again.

People have been banned for less and as I've said, may your comments come back to haunt you and your family.

  • Stown,

What does me saying that you were a possible love interest of Clemens have to do with coming back to haunt my family?

Dude, I am just goofing around.

The New York Post reported yesterday of Roger Clemens’ relationship with country star Mindy McCready, and now there is new information about another woman, Angela Moyer, whom Clemens allegedly had a relationship with as well. Angela Moyer, who is 30 years old and works as a Realtor in Pennsylvania, was asked about her relationship with Clemens, to which she said, “No comment.” Supposedly Clemens helped pay the rent on Moyer’s Houston apartment and even after she had moved to New York and got a job as a bartender at Sutton Place from 2000 to 2004, which of course is the same time frame that Clemens played for the Yankees, Clemens still continued a relationship with her.

at least they are starting to look better!

    You lieing sack of poop.

No one with any type of decency will "goof around" about suicide.

"Goofing around" is like your infatuation with man juice.

You will never, ever regain an inkling of respect from me and others that saw your post.

    Putz.

  • Stown,

Your skin is quite thin. People 'goof' all the time what I wrote about. It is common to hear the saying, "talk off the ledge," "jumping off the bridge," etc... in sports talk. On one of the fantasy baseball sites they even have an article about telling people not to jump off the bridge due to poor Aprils.

I didn't do anything any different than that. With your absense, and that your hero continues to fall...same thing.

Does it really mean I thought you would do something like that? Come on now.

Lying? When you wrote about the "disgusting" thing I wrote, I was figuring you were talking about the other thing I wrote(being the next love interest in an ESPN story etc...). I didn't realize this is what got your panties in a bunch.

RESPECT? You want to talk about losing respect? You are going around supporting a lying drug user, cheat, and rapist in Roger Clemens. For every kid that dies of roid use, it is partly on Clemens and his supporters shoulders(i.e. YOU). For every dope who looks up to Clemens and follows his lead and cheats on his family and rapes young girls, it is partly on him and you(his supporter). You want to talk about respect? You are on here countless times supporting this fool(which is basically supporting his actions).

You talk about my comments coming back to haunt me and my family? How about if you ever find a girlfriend, and have a daughter...then some 28 year old man takes here from you at age 15...or if you have a son and he gets involved in drugs because you supported that piece of garbage? I hope you delete all your posts supporting this clown, so that your future kids don't see them.

Respect? Get some, before you question mine.
