I'm looking to buy some "legit" sealed 1975 Topps Football wax/cello/rack packs. I unfortunately don't have the funds to buy sealed boxes or cases. My problem ( one of many) is I need some direction of safe people/business/websites to checkout. Any and all help is appriciated.
