PSA packaging question

Complete newbie here - hope this is the appropriate board.
Have purchased approx. 20 PSA graded '55 Bowman baseball over the last month, from various sources. Most are packaged normally, with just the card inside the holder. But 3 or 4 cards are inside what appears to be a penny sleeve & then packaged normally.
My question: Is this standard practice for PSA? The sleeve sure makes it harder to view the cards.

I dont know if they just went through a phase of sleeves or if its a random thing but yeah, some have the sleeves. Personally, I dont like them either.

Thanks for the reply. I might make that a consideration before buying any more.
BTW---love the "slinky" line!!! Think I'll try it on my mother-in-law!!! (only kidding-----sort of. ;o))
