1869 British Shilling

Well, I was looking for something and found something else... a fairly worn 1869 shilling that has a 2 for die numbers.

For the experts out there that look for die numbers, is a 2 that tough to find? Any thoughts?

I always thought the late (higher numbered) ones are the most difficult to find.

Die number rarity has not been well documented, as far as I know.

Some die numbers reveal certain rare coin types though. For example, the DRITANNIAR error on the 1878 sixpence apparently is known only to exist on die number 6.

It seems that die numbers are more fully recorded in the gold series of sovs. The 1869 shilling is relatively scarce in any case.
