Help in determining year of this note

hi,
i cant find any year on this note, anyone have an idea & what it might be worth?

    Sorry no hard data, My guess is Mexican revolutionary period - 1910-14 or there abouts...

    The few on eBay mention 1911, and a catalog # of S-421(suffix), I saw DX, DO, DT series, but not your DY. I also couldn't find it in my Standard Catalog, maybe it's in the Specialized Issues Volume.

    just a thought but it may never have been actually issued, note the lack of bank signers.

    The DY series is not in my specialized book either. Series DU remainder notes are listed, but not the series DY. Perhaps it was omitted in the book.

    My specialized book has it listed at $15 in xf for all of the remainder notes. -Dan

    add Mexican currency to the list of fun items to collect as well.

    Terrific note... and $15-$20 seems about right in terms of value

    Nice note. It says 'American Bank Note Co., New York' at the bottom.
    Did Mexico have their currency printed outside the country then?
