1946 Dimaggio Lucky To Be A Yankee First Edition Signed PSA/DNA

I have a PSA/DNA Authenticated and graded 1946 First Edition First Publishing of the very first book Joe Dimaggio authored.
The signature was obtained about 35 years ago and like most all vintage signatures it is done in blue ink from a ball point pen.
The inscription reads as such: "Best Wishes Joe DiMaggio".
The Hand Autographed Words Are Penned Largely And Extremely Clear On The Center Of The Third Page Which Scrolls Perfectly Across His Full Page Yankee Uniformed Photograph.
This iitem is a 1/1 to my knowledge.
The only other copies I have seen in the last 9 years are from 1947 and 1948. In the last 2 years I have seen 2 from 47 and 48 auctioned and ending above $2500 by Sotheby's and Bauman Rare Books In NY.
However, the publisher is different as the original publishing company was purchased in 1946 and very few copies of their original are believed to be held.
The signature is beautiful and the book is in incredible condition.
As a bonus I have a second 1946 first edition copy of the book unisigned in mint condition. You'll get both copies of the book, one hardcover (unsigned), one softcover (signed), the PSA/DNA LOA and PSA Grade Cert.
Heritage, Sothebys, Bauman Rare Books and other auction houses have inquired about selling this for me but they all want far to much for their commission personally.
Here is a chance to get a one of a kind DiMaggio collectible, save some money and cut the middle men out of the picture completely .
